FAQ's

How long does processing take? Every item on our website is made to order. Currently as of June 2025 our processing time is 2-3 weeks. We aim to work as quickly as possible, but one machine can only do so many orders a day!

*For any or all pre-orders, the processing time is different and expected times will be stated under the product description*

Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?: We do not currently accept returns or exchanges due to the fact that every purchase is made to order. That being said, if you have any questions or concerns about your order, send me an email directly and we will get back to you asap to resolve the issue or to answer your question. 

Do you provide Bulk/Wholesale orders?: We do provide custom wholesale orders! Fill out our contact card below and provide as much information as possible and we will get back to you ASAP.

Where can I contact you?: Email directly at saviapparel23@gmail.com or use the contact card below for the quickest guaranteed response. We do not recommend DM'ing on social media. 

Shipping Policies: For domestic orders, we currently offer USPS Priority Mail which is estimated to arrive 2-3 days after your order is shipped out. We also offer Priority Mail Express which is estimated to arrive 1-2 days after being shipped out. Tracking is included for both options for the safety of your order. 

For International orders, we offer USPS or DHL Express with tracking. International orders are estimated to take 7-21 days to arrive but not guaranteed. **Keep in mind that international orders are at higher risk for getting lost or delayed**

PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for packages delayed or lost in transit. It is your responsibility to get in contact with your postal service.
